SHIPPING & RETURNS

If you are unable to collect your order in person, orders can be posted out to you and are dispatched within 2 working days .I do not ship outside the UK. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail and a proof of postage is obtained. If you wish to purchase trackable delivery option, please request this.

Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 4 days of the shipment date, please contact me at ellajdewhirst@yahoo.com.

Cancellations & Returns & Refunds

Non-Faulty Items

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed. Once processed, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds exclude original shipping costs.

Returns accepted within 7 days for unused, unopened items in original condition and packaging.

Products purchased with a discount will be refunded at the adjusted price.

Gift items can only be returned by the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is damaged or faulty, contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

Faulty items must be returned within 30 days.

I will assess and offer a refund or exchange within 30 days.

Please note: Items from stockists must be returned to the original place of purchase.
