PREGNANCY

Anyone who is less than 3 months pregnant should contact me by phone call beforehand to discuss whether a soundbath, reflexology or reiki is suitable. If you are in the 2nd or third trimester, there is no evidence that soundhealing, reflexology or reiki can do any harm to an unborn child but it is ultimately your responsibility to do your own research and consult a medical professional if unsure.
 

Please advise before a treatment or event is you have any allergies.
