Refunds

I am unable to refund any gift vouchers.

 

Soundbaths

I'm unable to offer a refund for a soundbath so please be aware of this before booking. I can transfer your place to another session if you unexpectantly can’t attend and let me know before the event starts if there is availability on another session. Please contact me directly to arrange this. If you simply forget and don’t attend, I can’t transfer your place to another session. Discretion will be given for unforeseen emergencies or bereavement. 

 

 

Private soundbaths

If you find your group is unable to attend the event and you wish to cancel, 50% of your payment will be refunded to you with at least 1 week’s notice. Full payment is required for less than a week’s notice or a no show. In the unlikely event of personal illness or an unexpected event preventing me from running the event, I will transfer the full payment back to you.

 

 

Reflexology & Reiki

If you need to cancel, please give 72 hours notice for a full refund. Any cancellations made within 24-48 hours of your appointment incur a 50% charge. No refunds given for cancellations made less than 24 hours or for a no-show. Discretion will be given for unforeseen emergencies or bereavement.

 

Seasonal celebrations

I'm unable to offer a refund for a seasonal celebration so please be aware of this before booking. I can transfer your place to another session if you unexpectantly can’t attend and let me know before the event starts if there is availability on another session. As there are only a few of these events a year, there is the option to transfer to a soundbath instead. Please contact me directly to arrange this. If you simply forget and don’t attend, I can’t offer the opportunity to transfer your place to another session. Discretion will be given for unforeseen emergencies or bereavement.

 

Red Tent soundbaths

I'm unable to offer a refund for a red tent soundbath so please be aware of this before booking. I can transfer your place to another session if you unexpectantly can’t attend and let me know before the event starts if there is availability on another session. Please contact me directly to arrange this. If you simply forget and don’t attend, I can’t transfer your place to another session. Discretion will be given for unforeseen emergencies or bereavement. 

 

 

No shows

If you forget your session or just don’t turn up, no refund or a transfer of your space if offered. If you are taken ill, have an emergency or bereavement, please contact me to reach a reasonable resolution.

 

Chapter Organics products

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, I require a proof of purchase (online banking payment transaction)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (Chapter Organics).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. This will be a bank transfer to your account. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please contact me at ellajdewhirst@yahoo.com if you need further help.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at ellajdewhirst@yahoo.com.

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ella Dewhirst, 9 Windmill Road, Bramham, LS23 6QP

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
