Where are you based?
I’m based in my home studio in Bramham (LS23 6QP). It’s a spacious studio that’s attached to the side of my house. There are views out onto the garden through the bi fold doors, plenty of parking space, peaceful surroundings and no disturbances. The only time you’ll realise it’s part of my house is if you need to use the WC, which is accessed through the kitchen. When we use the bell tent for events, it’s located in our field behind the house, so all part of the same location.
How long is a reflexology session?
Your first appointment time is a slightly longer session, approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, which takes into account the details needed in the first consultation. Subsequent treatments are approximately 65 to 70 minutes. There is always time at the end to come round in your own time, have a drink and some time to reflect and ground, so factor this in to the length of your treatment time.
Contact me directly to arrange.
How long is a soundbath session?
The evening and private events are approximately 75 minutes. The session begins with some information about sound healing and what to expect before transitioning into the soundbath experience. We finish with cups of herbal tea and time to chat and chill, before drifting off home.
Opening hours
My general opening hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 12pm-6.15pm for reflexology. Group Soundbaths are usually on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm. Private soundbaths in the day time can be booked Monday-Thursday 12pm to 4.30pm.

Payment for group soundbaths and private evening soundbaths is made via bank transfer at the point of booking your place.
Do you offer a receipt for health insurance reimbursements?
Yes I can provide this after the session but please double check with your insurance provider first as not all policies cover reflexology, reiki or sound healing.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your booking, please do this directly through me either on email or by phone.
Soundbaths
If you need to cancel your place on a group soundbath, I'm unable to offer a refund for your place so please be aware of this before booking. I can transfer your place to another session if you find you can't attend and let me know before the event begins. The transfer of your place depends on if there is availability in another session - sometimes you will have to wait a few months for a transfer place to become available. Please contact me directly to arrange this, If you forget and don't show up to the soundbath, I am unable to offer you the chance to transfer to another event. Late arrivals are not permitted to the soundbath as it will cause disturbance to the event and your place will not be transferred to another event.
Reflexology , private soundbaths and retreats
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% which applies to all bookings. In the case of a private soundbath booking, you are liable to cover the cost of the whole session if the whole session is cancelled. If you cancel your individual place with less than 48 hours notice and the private soundbath still goes ahead with the other attendees, you are liable to pay 50% of your individual place.

Vouchers
I am unable to offer a refund for any vouchers purchased.
Is reflexology / sound healing suitable for me?
There are certain medical conditions not suitable for these sessions. Please be aware of this before booking. If you would like to discuss beforehand, please call me if you have any questions about these on 07470250471. Please do not email or text as I am unable to hold electronic medical data, which includes queries and questions relating to any medical conditions.
Sound healing
The rhythm of the sound helps slow the brain waves which in turn allows the heart rate and breathing to slow, blood vessels to relax and open. You should therefore not attend a soundbath if you have any unmanaged heart or circulation issues (risk of aneurysm, known aneurysm, recent stroke, heart surgery, stents etc).
Anyone who is less than 3 months pregnant should contact me beforehand to discuss whether a soundbath is suitable.
The physical vibrations of the instruments are gentle but can be felt and so any recent bone breakages could be affected by the gentle vibrations. If you have a history of epilepsy, tinnitus, unmanaged mental illness, have a pacemaker or are dealing with trauma or an emotional life event, please get in touch beforehand to discuss if a Soundbath is right for you.
Being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs are contraindications and you should not attend the Soundbath if these apply.
Reflexology & reiki
You should not have reflexology and reiki if you any of the below apply:
Cellulitis, Contagious conditions, Under the influence of alcohol or drugs, Imminent pending medical tests, Unstable heart condition, recent surgery, Known risk of DVT (higher risk if recently been on a long haul flight), Unstable heart conditions (angina, atrial fibrillation, heart attack), Circulatory issues (Heart condition, high/low blood pressure, heamophilia). If you are less than 3 months pregnant, please contact me to discuss.
What are your qualifications?
I am a fully insured and certified reflexologist, reiki practitioner, sounder healer, circle holder and a Menstruality Mentor. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists, which means I abide by their Code of Professional Practice and Ethics and commit to my practice with integrity and professionalism.
Aftercare advice
Make sure if at all possible that you don’t have a hectic day or evening planned after reflexology, reiki or a soundbath and give your body the chance to restore and recover. Drink plenty of water and avoid caffeine/alcohol that day. Holistic treatments affect everyone differently. You may experience some side effects after your treatment such as tiredness, headache, fogginess, slight nausea. This indicates that your body is responding to the treatment and rebalancing and eliminating toxins. Not everyone experiences these but if you’re at all worried, please get in touch. You can also feel tired after a treatment, and if your body needs some rest or a nap after a treatment, it’s wonderful if you can honour that.
